1- Superman Pushups w/ Last rep hold || 4 sets of 12 reps, hold As long as possible
2- Parallel Bar Dips || 4 sets of 12 reps
3- Pike Push ups || 3 sets of 8 reps
4- Pull Ups || 3 sets of 8 reps
5- Muscle Ups || 3 sets of 6-8 reps
6- Negative Handstand Push Ups || 3 sets of 5 reps
7- Leg Raises || 3 sets of 12 reps

I aimed for 60-90 secs rest between sets
