Hope you’re all having an awesome day, and I hope this video can add to that awesome day and make it even better !

As the title says, we’re going over my current ‘pull routine’ (Back, shoulders, biceps) that I have been using (slight variations of it, at least) for the last year or more to help grow muscle in those areas, increase strength significantly, and ultimately build my physique wirth.

I’ll go over some tips and tricks, as well as reasoning behind the exercises selection, reps, sets, intensity choices, and more!

I condensed it into a shorter video this time around to make sure I didn’t ramble and/or bore ya’ll that choose to use your precious time to watch and learn from this video.
