In this video I train specifically my Upper Chest, Lateral Delts and Biceps. This was a ‘calisthenics for size’/ ‘bodyweight for size’ style routine (Zygostatics). So if you are looking to build mass or size with your own bodyweight, this video is for you. For a change this video was shot at a gym; Crayford weights and fitness. I also explain briefly the difference between Zygostatics and Calisthenics.
