This is another high protein bodybuilding meal that you can try. It’s quick and easy to make. All you need is the following…

– Mixed Frozen Veggies (I like Asian Stir Fry Veggies)
– Chicken Breast
– Liquid Egg Whites

Simply heat up the frozen veggies in a frying pan until they are warm, add in the chicken breast (in this video I’m using pre-cooked chicken from a can). Then add in the liquid egg whites at the end.

Cover and cook for 5 minutes or until the egg whites and solid. This makes enough food for 2 high protein meals.

The nutritional info will vary depending on the veggies you use and the portion sizes, but on average you’ll get about 40 grams of protein with this meal and less than 10 grams of carbs. So it’s perfect for those who are following a high protein / low carb diet plan.

And if you are following a mass building program and want more calories you can use whole eggs instead of egg whites and serve this along with a side of rice or pasta for extra carbs.
