As the title says, this is a 2000 calorie meal plan that you can follow whether your goal is fat loss or muscle gain. Throughout this video I give you tips and strategies to apply to the meal plan to make sure its more tailored to your lifestyle, and your preferences.

Keep in mind that you should figure out your calorie intake and macronutrient requirement before you jump into following a meal plan (*this meal plan is advice and is not a prescription at all. Check with your doctor before following any nutritional advice or meal plans*)
