INGREDIENTS:

*As always, adjust the serving amount and ratios to fit your own macros and needs. Below is the amount I like to have.

– 25g / 1 scoop of MyProtein IMPACT Whey Salted Caramel (use any whey or casein powder of your choice but whey is recommended for preworkout as it’s faster digesting)
– 50g cream of wheat
– 1.25 cups water (use milk if you want more calories)
– 1 package splenda (if you like things very sweet, add another one)
– 10g peanut butter
– 15-30g of Gaylea LIGHT Whipped Cream (3C / 1.5F / 1P per 15g)
– Salt (I used sea salt)
– Cinnamon
