a) Pause Barbell Bench Press (3 sets : 3 reps : 70% of 1 Rep Max)
b) Alternating KETTLEBELL Clean and Jerk (3 sets : 3 reps/arm)
c) Double Hand Swing (3 sets : 6 reps)
[Rest 2-3 minute between rounds]
