Full Workout:
Lat Pulldowns- 3 sets, 8 reps then dropset for 10 more reps. 1-3 minute rest
Wide Grip bent rows- 2 sets, 12 reps then dropset for 8-10 reps. 2-3 minute rest
Bent Over Dumbbell rows- 3 sets, 10-15 reps. 1-2 minute rest
Seated close grip rows- 3 sets, 8-10 reps then dropset for 8-12 reps. 2-4 minute rest
Vertical close grip rows- 2 sets, 15 reps then dropset for 6-8 reps. 2-4 minute rest
Alternating bicep curls- 3 sets, 8 -10 reps. 2-4 minute rest
Preacher dumbbell curl- 2 sets, 8-10 reps. 2-4 minutes rest
