In this video you’re going to get a complete muscle pumping back workout. It consists of 6 different back exercises to hit all areas of the back from top to bottom.
Here’s the full routine:
Reverse Grip Lat Pull Downs – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
1 Arm Dumbbell Rows – 3 sets of 10-12 reps per arm
Bent Over Barbell Rows – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Seated Cable Rows – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Deadlifts – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs – 3 sets of 10-12 reps
This is a great routine for hitting the back from multiple angles. You’ll get a great pump throughout the lats, traps, rhomboids, spinal erectors, etc. basically all the major muscles of the posterior chain.
