I was too and for a long time I was hesitant about even trying it because I’ve spent years putting on muscle and didn’t want to sacrifice any of those gains.

After getting past those fears I dug in and tried everything from a 20/4 hour fast, juice fast, 1 meal fast and everything in between. And because of that I felt compelled to make this video because there are some definite benefits to each type of fast.

So whether you’re looking to drop tons of body fat or get those anti aging benefits that are inherent with fasting but don’t want to lose any muscle then you’ll want to watch this whole video.
