4-5 sets Each Exercise
1a.Leg extensions 20 reps
1b. Lying Leg Curl 20 reps
2. Squats Barbell
3. Smith Machine Stationary Lunges
4. Single Leg Press
5. Stiff Leg Deads with Dbs
6. Heavy Leg Extensions
