Today I wanted to share a great chest workout I did a few weeks ago with the legendary trainer Charles Glass. We actually did 3 different types of bench press in this video, which was a great change of pace to my training. First we started off with a bench press superset, then went heavy on the incline bench, and followed by Charles’s favorite chest move – the decline barbell bench. This is a great mass building chest workout because you are emphasizing compound moves and intensity techniques.
