HOW I ATE 1400 CALORIES IN A DAY ๐Ÿฅ—

This was when I was 3 weeks into a 6 week Rapid Fat Lose phase looking to lose around 1-1.5kg per week ๐Ÿ“‰

My protocols were:
1400 cals
105c / 30f / 180p
10k steps per day

My thoughts at the time:
Surprisingly, hunger and energy has been very manageable so far. Iโ€™m estimating a little drop off now that Iโ€™m at the 3 week mark as Iโ€™m sure any extra stored energy my body could have been holding from my surplus is gone.

But for now, this structure is working very well for me:
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ 3 high volume meals a day as opposed to more frequent meals
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Fasting till midday to save on as many calories as I can
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Sipping on a fat burner with 1-1.5L of water during the fast has actually been extremely helpful. Tested this with 2 other people who have been starving during their RFL and they said that their hunger levels have decreased dramatically
๐Ÿ‘‰๐Ÿผ Keeping my first two meals relatively simple so that I am free to make something delicious for dinner. This has helped keep my cravings in check significantly

Fast track to today, I am currently around 40 weeks out at sitting slightly above maintenance until the start of next year! Then we’ll be heading back into a calorie deficit ๐Ÿฅฒ
