HOW I ATE 1400 CALORIES IN A DAY πŸ₯—

This was when I was 3 weeks into a 6 week Rapid Fat Lose phase looking to lose around 1-1.5kg per week πŸ“‰

My protocols were:
1400 cals
105c / 30f / 180p
10k steps per day

My thoughts at the time:
Surprisingly, hunger and energy has been very manageable so far. I’m estimating a little drop off now that I’m at the 3 week mark as I’m sure any extra stored energy my body could have been holding from my surplus is gone.

But for now, this structure is working very well for me:
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ 3 high volume meals a day as opposed to more frequent meals
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Fasting till midday to save on as many calories as I can
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Sipping on a fat burner with 1-1.5L of water during the fast has actually been extremely helpful. Tested this with 2 other people who have been starving during their RFL and they said that their hunger levels have decreased dramatically
πŸ‘‰πŸΌ Keeping my first two meals relatively simple so that I am free to make something delicious for dinner. This has helped keep my cravings in check significantly

Fast track to today, I am currently around 40 weeks out at sitting slightly above maintenance until the start of next year! Then we’ll be heading back into a calorie deficit πŸ₯²
