This workout focuses on the STRETCH of your chest, so you tear those muscle fibers down, expand the ribcage and create a wide, thick Golden Era chest.
WORKOUT ROUTINE:

Bench Press, 5sets, 15, 12, 10, 8, partials to failure

Guillotine Bench preess, 3 sets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Wide-grip Incline Hammer Strength, 4 sets, 15, 12, 10, 10 reps

Dumbbell Flyes, 3 sets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Gironda Dips, 3 sets, 15, 12, 10 reps

Dumbbell Pullover, 3 sets, 15, 15, 12 reps

Side Lateral Raise, 3 sets, 20, 15, 15 + dropsets

Trio Tricep superset (Rope pushdown, Rope overhead, Rope Skull)
3 sets, 10 reps per set

Trio Tricep bodyweight presses (French Press, Close-grip Press, Skullcrushers)
3 sets, 10 reps per set or to failure
