PALEO DAY OF EATING FOR BODYBUILDING

I was wondering if the Paleo diet would be any good for a bodybuilder so I just decided to try it out. This is my first day fully paleo at about 3500 calories. I used to do IIFYM and I will probably just go back to that because I dont see the benefit of Paleo. Leave your story about Paleo in the comments please!
