DAY III (POWER BODYBUILDING WORKOUT FOR WORKING PEOPLE) EXPLAINED IN BENGALI

This is Day 3 of the Powerbodybuilding Routine created by me. The exercises are as follow:
Main Exercises:
1) Push Ups (3sets x 20reps; 1set x failure)
2) Incline Bench Press (4sets x 6-10reps)
3) Dumbell/Barbell Lunges (4sets x 6-10reps each leg)
Assistance Exercises:
Calf Raises (1-2sets x 30-34reps;1set x failure)
Cross-Crunches (2sets x 30-34reps)
*For Main Exercises- 2 warm up sets & 2 working sets.
*For Assistance Exercises- 1 warmup set & 1-2 working sets
