WORKOUT
Dumbbell Press
7 sets – 15 reps to warm-up, then 10-12 reps
Last set: back-off set to failure

Incline Smith Machine Bench Press
4 sets – 10-12 reps
Last set: back-off set to failure

Chest Press (plate loaded)
3 supersets – 10+10 reps
Superset: first 10 reps regular grip, second 10 reps hammer grip

Cable Flyes
3 sets – 15 reps

Small-grip Pushdown + Overhead Extension
4 supersets – 10+10 reps
*go heavier on the overhead extension

Incline Skullcrusher
3 sets – 10-12 reps

Uni-lateral Rope Pushdown
2 sets – 10-12 reps
