Yo Superhumans! Time to get big shoulders using light dumbbells only. Watch until the end to see me dunk with 2 hands for the first time and use these time stampers below to reference during your shoulder workout! If you want to get bigger shoulders with light dumbbells only try these 8 shoulder exercises! You don’t need to do all 8 but I recommend 3-4 sets of at least 4 of these exercises and make sure you hit all 3 shoulder heads! Special thanks to Charles Glass for the epic shoulder training tips throughout this video.
