Whats going on everybody, this video is another is again for you vegan bodybuilders out there looking to save a few bucks. This meal prep might be the cheapest one I have made so far. All these items can be found at your local grocery store and often you can get all these at discounted prices. This cheap high protein vegan meal prep will give you 5 meals at 22 grams of protein per meal…and thats just the curry itself, you can add a side of broccoli or quinoa to really bump it up.
