I just wanted to make a short video of some of the things i eat in a day to get over 200g protein. It’s worth noting that i eat for a purpose and not just for taste. I have a clear goal and will eat however is needed to achieve this. I’ve completely transformed my body by doing this and wanted to share some meal ideas that may help you guys out.
