In this video, I explain water manipulation as it pertains to bodybuilding, physique competitors, fitness models, or even for recreational purpose (pool party, summer events, etc).

Disclaimer: What I explain in this video is just advice. Do note that manipulating the variables you find in this photoshoot prep series has the potential to be dangerous. Consult a professional before deciding to partake in any of this.

Water manipulation/depletion is a very straight forward process and begins 8 days out. From there we work on drawing as much water out of your body as possible to remove all subcutaneous water and cause the physique to appear much more lean and ripped. These tactics only really work if you are already significantly lean, so keep that in mind. You still have to put in the work, build the muscle, and lose the fat FIRST.
